Due to limited seating all tour bookings must be paid for in advance to secure a booking. 48 hours notice prior to departure is required to cancel a booking for a full refund if it is not possible for us to find replacement customers.  Horizontal Falls Adventure Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour in the interests of passenger safety and comfort.  In the event of an Operator initiated cancellation all bookings will be promptly refunded or rescheduled if possible and mutually agreeable.  A complete refund shall be the absolute limit of Horizontal Falls Adventure Tours' liability.  Horizontal Falls Adventure Tours reserves the right to substitute machinery where circumstances dictate such necessity.INSURANCE: Whilst every care is taken for the safety and well being of our passengers we strongly recommend that all passengers arrange their own travel insurance.
